In this case, the user pays after the "order time expires". Only when the order is dropped/the order is not called back, if your wallet has indeed received the transfer, you can manually make up the order in [Transaction History] - [Single Supplement] in the backstage of the merchant. After the order replenishment is successful, the order callback is successful.

After placing an order on the merchant side, the user enters the payment page, and can use the wallet of TRON (TRC20)/Ethereum (ERC20) and PayPal USD(PYUSD) to make payment, or transfer money directly through the exchange transfer function.

We do not charge users any fees. If a user makes a transfer payment through an exchange or wallet, the other platform may charge a small handling fee (Gas fee).
